How much is Regsitration and Medical fee?
Registration and medical fee for Domestic Work is 150,000 UGX and Non-Domestic Worker is 350,000UGX.
What is the assurance that I will get a job after registration?
We guarantee a job in 90 days from the date of registration.
What is the salary range?
Salary range is 1 million (UGX) and above.
How long does it take for the entire process?
It takes 60 to 90 days for domestic workers (maids) and 30 days for non domestic workers from the time the offer letter is received or the contract is signed.
What is the duration of contract?
Duration is two(2) years.
Can I renew the contract if I wish to continue?
Yes, you can absolutely renew with the employer at the end of your contract.
How safe will I be if I travel out of Uganda?
Example – We hear a lot about safety issues from different sources like workers facing physical abuse, unpaid salaries, violation of clauses mentioned in the contract, etc.
We as Premier Recruitment, we are different, we make frequent visit to different countries where our candidates are employed and monitor their safety, comfort, and well-being. We also have a welfare team that keeps in regular contact with our candidates. In case of any issue, we follow up with the employers and candidates and resolve the issue.
Is it possible to pay the input after I reach the destination and start working?
No, it is not possible because the input facilitates your travel process and we will not have any access to your salary when you reach the destination.
Am I allowed to use my phone to communicate with my family and friends after reaching the destination?
Yes, it is your right, you are allowed to use the phone but not during working hours.
